Grandma Winnie's Turkey Stuffing

We love it, so much like the stuffing I grew up with, I boil the giblets with onion and celery to produce the broth that I use in the stuffing, I use 2 cups broth and 2 eggs. I then use some of the giblets in the stuffing and the rest in the gravy. I do spice it up with sage, salt, pepper. Happy Thanksgiving!!

Pumpkin Pancakes

Call me a Gamlber but I sevved these to a breakfeast party of six without a tring them first. I warmed the maple suyrp, served with a side of bannanas, kwie, and strawberries, used the leftover strawberries to make mimosa's. The only change I made was slightly more milk, and cinnamon. I could not get a picture as they dissapeared so quickly, I feel sure someone would have bitten my are off if I slowed them down to get photo. What a Hit.
