This is AMAZING!! I'm not a real fish person and I couldn't stop eating it. Hard to believe, considering the ingredients are so run of the mill. Making this again tonight. Thanks for the recipe!

This was delicious! I'm not much of a fish lover, but I ate all my fish before my pasta or broccoli! Great way to get kids to eat fish. I didn't have any raspberry jam so I used strawberry rhubarb. I will try raspberry the next time. Thanks for the quick and easy recipe!

Italian Chicken and Chickpeas

I loved it! So different, at least in our house. We aren't spicy people, tho, so I diced some fresh red pepper and threw it in, in lieu of cayenne and crushed red pepper flakes. I will make this again!

Creamy Dill Cucumber Toasties

Pasta Pomodoro

Omitted water (just used powdered chicken broth) and red pepper. Very easy and yummy. Would definitely work as a main dish with chicken.

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas

Easy and excellent! I left out red pepper flakes and added finely chopped sweet orange pepper. Used mild salsa to try to keep it kid friendly. Kids "sort of" ate it. lol I loved it!

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

Maybe I did something wrong?? 3/4 cup of water didn't seem to be enough to even cover the bottom of the pan so I did add a little more.... my end result was pork chops covered in a mushy coating. And the potatoes weren't tasty either, according to my whole family. Sorry, it didn't work for me. :(

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

Yummy, even for 6 year old and 18 month old! Used 2 cans of mush soup (didn't have celery), and mix of havarti and processed cheese. Threw in a can of mushrooms. Comfort food. :) Thanks for the recipe!

Fish Chowder

Delicious and easy for beginner cooks like me. :) Used haddock and homogenized milk, but no clam juice, mushrooms or Old Bay. Seasoned with epicure crab dip seasoning and it was excellent.

Chocolate Drops

These are to die for!!! I used 1 cup of almonds instead of the peanuts and man, are they addictive!! I kept them in a ziploc bag in the freezer and ate them right out of the bag, usually still frozen. Thank you so much for this easy recipe.

Baked French Toast

I had to cook it much longer and it was still soggy...it was too eggy and it almost tasted like the eggs weren't completely cooked. Not sure what I did wrong..I couldn't fit anymore bread in the pan. I would love to figure out the problem, because it SOUNDS delicious!!

Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce

This is now my favourite pasta dish! (Thanks!!) Great for using up leftover ham. I like lighter rose sauce so I don't use *quite* as much tomato sauce as it calls for. Mmmmm.....

Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts II

YUMMY!!! To cut down on the mess, I wrap the chestnuts and THEN pour the sauce over them (careful not to get too much of the sauce on the toothpicks...makes for guests' sticky hands!) Also, I don't cook the sauce prior and it's fine in texture and taste. I do cook the wrapped chestnuts for about 1/2 hour before putting the sauce on them though. I've taken these to several get togethers and they've always been a hit!

Red Skinned Potato Salad

YUMMMY!!! I only used 1/2 pound a bacon and it was bacon-y enough for me. This was the first potato salad I ever made and got compliments from my extended family (who of course didn't know it was my first)! Thanks for the recipe!

The appearance, texture and taste of this salad are pure SUMMER! I love that because of the ingredients, you don't have to worry so much about it sitting outside on the buffet table on a hot day. Easy, yummy and unique!

Grilled Salmon I

Love, love, LOVE this!!! I've made it many times since finding this recipe, however, I've never added the lemon pepper (only because I've never had it in my cupboard). I've also used it on pork. Yummy!! Thanks!
