Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
This recipe IS a "keeper" I too DID NOT have INSTANT YEAST...Iused RED STAR RAPID RISE YEAST and used WARM WATER mixed all ingredients in my food processor ..allowed dough to REST for 10 min. (This way the crust stayed THIN which We prefer)It rolled out perfectly Baking it on on a preheated pizza baking stone at oven temp. 450! LOVE the added parmesan taste in the crust!!!!!!

Penne with Shrimp
Was a quick easy recipe...but I felt it needed alittle more ZIP for our taste, I added a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, and substituted the white wine for apple juice , then to make this dish alittle lightier and more diet friendly I served the shrimp, sauce,& etc. over a bed of ANGEL HAIR PASTA! Hubby loved it!

Pork Chops with Apples, Sweet Potatoes, and Sauerkraut
I rate this recipe a 4 star (only because our preferance would be to use white potatoes instead and save the sweet potaoes for a ham dish) ... followed the recipe taking the advice of a few previous reviewers adding 1/2c white wine at the end of the preparation over the top of the kraut and cookig on HI for 4hrs. very YUM! very tender chops and very flavorful!!!! Will make this again! esp. on a cool or snow FALL or WINTER day!!!
