Cherry Enchiladas

When I make this with apple pie filling, I add raisins to the pie filling and use part brown sugar in the syrup mixture. Tastes a little like an apple spice cake!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

If you cook this in a slow cooker on low for 8 hours or more, you can start with a FROZEN roast! How convenient! I also add a few dashes of worschester shire sauce. It gives it a little more pizzaz. My meat lovin' man gobbles this right up!

Lemon Poppy Seed Dessert Cake

I made this and took it to the school where I teach. It didn't last long! The only thing I found wrong with it was that it tended to fall apart, it was so tender and soft.

Easy Black Bottom Cupcakes

I made these delicious cupcakes for a family reunion, and they were a big hit. I did not have a devil's food cake mix, so I used german chocolate. I also added 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 1/2 c. carmel ice cream topping to the cream cheese mixture. The kids really loved it! Thanks Roberta for sharing a quick and easy dessert! ! !
