This is definitely a keeper! I have used ground cumin instead of cloves and cardamom. I don't have garam masala and sour cream so I have substitute them with allspice and whipping cream. The result was amazing. I do suggest to minced the garlic, onion ang ginger a day before to reduce the preparation time. This is because it takes a lot of time to cook this.

Pumpkin Soup

I didn't want to go the store to buy the chicken stock, therefore I have used oyster sauce(only 1/2 cup). The end result was excellent. I have also used 1/4 cup of non fat milk and 1/4 whipping cream. Added a tablespoon of butter towards the end. The soup was creamy and rich in flavours.

Keema (Indian-Style Ground Meat)

This is a simple dish to be made on a busy day. I've made this with minced chicken and omitted the broth. I've also made some changes like the others recommended. I have used minced garlic, onion and ginger. Added chili paste, tumeric , cumin and chili paste. Also added 3 tablespoon of coconut milk. The taste was awesome.

Spicy Indian Chicken and Mango Curry

This is an unique recipe indeed. However 1 can of coconut milk will give a mild creamy taste to the curry instead of spicy. It will be good to cut down the coconut milk in half to bring the spiciness. I have only blended one mango and did not add any mango or cucumber slices to the meal.Moreover I have added ground cumin, tumeric powder, curry powder and garam masala. A pinch of salt will bring out the flavour and I have sprinkled ground black pepper and chilli flakes at the end. Spicy yet creamy. Perfect combo!

Easy Indian Butter Chicken

I have used coconut milk instead of heavy cream. This has changed the texture entirely. It was not rich and creamy at all. The taste was a bit mild due to the coconut milk.

Gobi Aloo (Indian Style Cauliflower with Potatoes)

This is an excellent recipe with less ingredients. I have added ground pepper and curry powder to enhance the flavour. Do add fresh tomatoes and coconut milk if you want the liquid version.
