Pizza On The Grill I

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2014
Kudos to Doug, this is a great dough recipe. I divided into four equal parts which made grilling much easier. Next time I might turn heat down just a tad. Just made simple pizzas with Classico Pizza Sauce, pepperoni and I topped with thin slices of Mozzarella. My husband assisted because four hands was easier than two. We loved it! It will be a regular on our menu.

Burger or Hot Dog Buns

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2014
Good recipe, just plain buns/rolls. I proofed my yeast and used less water. Let rise in oiled glass bowl first then shaped and let rise again on baking tray. Used a little coarse sea salt on top. This recipe goes a long way so I made some herb dinner rolls as well. These are easy and fun to make, I attempted square buns. House always smells so good when baking bread.

Creamy Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2014
This is a good comfort food dish. Easy to make. Next time I will use regular condensed soup instead of low fat, and I might add a little more milk or sour cream as it was a little on the dry side. I used Panko bread crumbs and added salt, pepper and mustard powder to the mix. Husband loved it!

Easy Cold Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2014
Easy indeed! However, I might omit the dried fruit and add some feta and artichoke next time. Great side or main for any hot summer day.

Caramel Shortbread Squares

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2014
Yummy treat! I lined my pan with parchment paper. Not too difficult to make, however, even with the temp turned down you need to continuously stir caramel as it boils or it will burn. I used dark brown sugar which isn't as pretty as the light sugar. I will make again, my husband and his office will request I'm sure.
