To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I would certainly NOT die for these muffins. Granted, I just moved so was not quite used to my oven, but I found that the sugar topping turned into a burnt, bad tasting mess around the edges of the muffin tops. Plus, they didn't seem to have very much blueberry flavor, which could just speak to the quality of the blueberries. I did like that they baked up into a nice shape, and the people at work seemed to enjoy them, but I doubt I will make them again.
