No Bake Cookies I
I don't know about these ones. Eating no-bake cookies is like eating unbaked cookies, but now the delicious naughtiness is gone, the queezy guilt all to remain. The oats are too chewy and these are ridiculously sweet - I don't know what to do with them! No one I know will want them, but if I keep them around I'll just eat 'em anyway (cuz I'm a glutton) and make myself sick. I wish I had never made these cookies.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
Very good cookies, but I'm not sure about all the "best cookie ever" raves. Crunchy healthfood PB is definitely the way to go, texture-wise. I like things browned, so I slightly overbaked mine, but now I'm wishing I'd let them stay a bit chewier. Next time I'll reduce the white sugar, as they don't need to be this sweet. Double the recipe for a REAL batch of cookies.

Gooey Brownies with Shortbread Crust
These are super-yum. The shortbread crust offers a superb crispy foil to the rich brownie. However, I noticed my can of condensed milk wasn't big enough, so I tried to compensate with some evaporated milk and extra flour - perhaps for this reason mine weren't quite as "gooey" as I would've hoped, but they also weren't too sweet. Double the cocoa for the chocolate lover, and semi-sweet chips are fine. (Don't forget the walnuts.)
