I went to culinary school and graduated in 2003. I love to cook, but I love to eat even more. After culinary school, I worked in the wine industry. I was a wine consultant in training for an upscale wine store in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA. My boss was crazy so I quit and now work in an office. I received my level 2 sommelier certification with the International Sommelier Guild. I will probably have to move to California if I want to find a wine job.
My favorite things to cook
I am a vegetarian so I love anything that doesn't have meat in it. Although, every once in a while I will make something with meat for a guest. The only thing I don't like are olives. Other than that, I am open to anything and everything. Casseroles are great because I can make a lot and have left overs.
