Spinach Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2007
This recipe has become a favourite. It's very easy and tastes great fresh or the next day. I add Parmesan cheese and garlic to the mix and it's always a hit!

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2007
I made these for dinner and they were really nice when served warm. The only downfall was how dense these biscuits were. I didn't use the garlic butter on top and they were still nice and moist. I added some garlic powder and minced garlic to the batter as well as parsley. Will keep this recipe on hand!

Pecan Pie V

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2006
Love this recipe! It is always a hit anywhere you take it. I also reduced the temperature to 300 and baked the pie for 45 minutes and everything turned out perfect. An excellent recipe to reduce the amount of sugar or to substitute all the sugar with splenda and splenda brown sugar!

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2006
This was a perfect apple crisp recipe and really easy too! I used 5 granny smith apples and put them into a pie dish and didn't double the topping recipe and it came out with just the right amount of crisp to apple. I also reduced the amount of water and it didn't come out soupy. Thanks for a great, easy and quick dessert!

Creamy Shrimp Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2006
These were great, used them for a summer barbeque. I didn't use any seafood because of allergies, but considered using canned crabmeat. Instead of parsley on top I used chopped chives. Emptying the tomatoes was easy because I used a melon baller. A little timely, but well worth it!

I used a marble rye bread that I lightly toasted and used a frozen dill cube in the cream cheese mixture. Turned out great, everyone loved it!

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

Reviewed: May 22, 2006
This was a good salmon recipe, the crunch topping wasn't that crunchy, but definitely an easy recipe that I will keep to change up my regular salmon recipes once in a while.

Sweet and Sour Chicken with Pineapple

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2006
Good, easy recipe. Will definitely keep around. Didn't use celery or water chestnuts and replaced scallions with a white onion. Created crispy chicken with a flour/egg coating and was delicious!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2006
Great recipe! I can't get enough of this cookie. It was simple to make and quick and easy. I used raisins instead of chocolate chips, made sure to plump them up in hot water first. I also added 1/4 cup more flour and a dash of cinnamon. Instead of using quick cooking oats I used rolled oats, it's what I had on hand and the cookies are still great and chewy!! THANKS FOR THE RECIPE!
