Lobster and Chive Bisque

Thank you Angie. I made this for my mom's 50th birthday. She is a chef and was impressed. I added a tablespoon of tomato paste for color and subtituted fat free evaporated milk for the cream and no one could tell the difference. I am making it again for my husband tonight. He loves it!!!!

Creme Brulee French Toast

This is my all time favorite breakfast recipe. I cook breakfast once a week for smy husband and some of his friends and they never leave any leftovers. I do leave the crust on and have no complaints:)

Playgroup Granola Bars

These are wonderful. Even my husband likes them. I double the recipe and we still eat them in less than a week. I also have substituted dried blueberries for the raisins.
