Beer Margaritas

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2009
So glad I tried these! Great, easy and you can't beat having a whole pitcher or two waiting in the fridge for you. I will be making a lot more of these. Thanks.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: May 10, 2007
This is an amazing recipe and I have made it many, many times. Make sure and rinse the canned chicken very well to lose the can taste and only buy the best chicken breast in the can you can find. People freak out over this one so you might as well double it!

This is amazing. I sauted the onions and mushrooms before adding to the pot and I added a half package of Lipton onion soup mix. I already want to make this again, everyone in the family loved it!

Cream Corn Like No Other

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2006
This is great and I have made it many times. I leave out the parmesan cheese because I think the sweetness from the sugar makes it taste like it is fresh from the cob. Thanks!

Grandma's Heart-Stoppin' Green Bean Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2006
This is not soup!!!! The broth in most soups is not pure bacon fat! If you drain the broth (pure grease)you have green beans and bacon, period!!!!!!

Hot Bean Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2006
This is a great recipe. I have made this many times. You will need the whole package of taco seasoning for more flavor, get mild and it won't be hot. Make sure to soften the cream cheese in the microwave and stir the sour cream and cream cheese with the taco seasoning well before mixing in the refried beans. I double and make a 9x13 dish. Thanks.

Excellent! Finally I know how to make a cookie that looks like it came from a bakery. I did use real butter as someone had suggested. Thanks for a great recipe!

Monster Sour Cream Enchiladas

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2006
These are just great and very easy. I fry each corn tortilla for about 10 seconds in hot oil so they roll up easy and have a little more flavor. This is the best chicken enchilada recipe I have found!

Apricot and Peach Fried Pies

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2005
These were great! Next time I think I will leave out the apricots and double up on the peaches. Also used grand biscuits rolled out for convenience - a real time saver. Can't wait to make again!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Just delicious! I did add cooked diced potatoes and sage seasoning to mixture. I used shredded roasted chicken as I do with every recipe that calls for chicken because you can't beat the ease or taste. Thanks

Just great. I've made twice in two weeks now. Divided batter into two 9 inch cake pans so I could share with neighbors and have made in 9x13 pan. Thanks!

Southern Praline Pecan Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2005
This is great. I have made this twice and people do request the recipe. I'd like to add, you do need to make this 1-2 days in advance to really moisten and then it's divine!! Thanks for a great recipe.
