Black Bean Dip
This is a 5 star recipe, it is just written incorrectly. I smashed the beans with a potato masher and added mayo, sour cream, chiles, cilantro, chili powder, garlic powder and a drop of pepper sauce (mine is extra spicy). DO NOT add the olive oil and salt! Mixed it all well and put it in the refrigerator. I didn't make my own tortillas, just used some bagged tortilla chips. VERY VERY good. I didn't add the picante sauce either and it had a perfect texture! But I am not a picante fan. This dip is not very salty at all, if you don't add the salt, but is perfect with salted tortilla chips. So if you go with low salt tortilla chips, you might want to add 1/2 tsp of salt or so. Thanks dramstad! Very yummy recipe

Peanut Butter Honey Balls
VERY good! Just like a recipe I had many years ago and lost. Be careful what kind of honey you use. I suggest wildflower versus clover which has a much lighter flavor. I used store bought clover honey and it really did overpower the balls. But it seems to overpower everything. Thanks for the great recipe!

Banana Pudding II
Excellent! I made my in the microwave... Took less than 10 minutes (but I may have a fast microwave). I read someone else had done it that way, too, but there were no instructions. I looked at a recipe for rice pudding and some of the ingredients were very similar, so I just followed that. Beat eggs, add milk, sugar, cornstarch and salt. Mix well. Microwave on high (in a microwavable dish - I use an 8 cup pyrex measuring dish because this does bubble up) for 2 minutes, stir and then nuke at 50% stirring every 2 minutes until it thickens. Mine only took about 6 minutes... It will take almost double the time if you double it. Thank you Vette!
