Chocolate Caramel Brownies

Loved them! Forget the teaspoons and smashing. Put the last of the batter in the freezer- and then when bottom is done dump the chilled batter on to a large sheet of wax paper. Cover with another sheet and finger press or use a rolling pin to flatten. You can use the wax paper to flip the thin sections on to your hand and place on top of the brownie. The first time I made them I refrigerated the batter and only finger smashed small amounts between the wax paper. The second time I dumped all of it and used a rolling pin. Fast and easy!

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Wonderful Moist Roast Chicken. BEST EVER! If you are not a fan of onion powder do not use it. Next time I will use poultry seasoning or a lemon chicken spice. Pat B

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Thanks for sharing this one! It has become a family favorite. I make it in large batches ( don't ya just love allrecipes and the magic serving calculator?) It puts together fairly quickly for a soup- and freezes without any loss of quality.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

I followed the recipe exactly and served it for Easter Dinner to rave reviews- and no leftovers! I prepared it the day before, and baked for one hour and refrigerated. I let it sit out the next morning to come back toward room temperature, and then put in the oven at 350 for one hour to reheat.I think I could have cut the reheat time to about 40 min. Great recipe, and a good make ahead. Thanks for sharing!

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

I should have read the reviews first! Great flavor, but too dry. I served it with rice last night, and just dumped the leftover rice in, and added another can of soup/ mayo, mixed and topped with more stuffing cubes- great! Two cans of soup is a must!

Hearty Turkey Stew with Vegetables

This was a great, fast, inexpensive and hearty meal- even better the next day! I too served it over rice- and then added the rice to the leftover stew for another day.
