Potato and Cheese Frittata
What a great basic recipe! You start with this and add what you like. For me, it's bacon! I fried bacon to crispy, cooked the frozen hashbrowns in the fat, and when I poured the eggs in topped with the crumbled bacon. Yummm! Would also be good with red bell pepper and/or mushrooms. Must try that. I've made this several times and like it more each time. Thamks

Foolproof Rib Roast
Oooh yeah, Babe! This was the best prime rib I've ever had--and this was the first time I ever made it. Pat, my son-in-law (Pat's mushroom saute), said the same thing. I used the spices as a rub, using a little rosemary, wrapped it in plastic wrap overnight, and fixed it today for dinner. I moistened it a bit with evoo and used the beef broth when I turned the oven back on so I would have some jus for dipping. It was sooo good. We'll have sandwiches for supper.

Maple Teriyaki Salmon Barbeque
This was good. I like the combination of maple and salmon very much. I used my g.f.grill which is new, and cooked it a hair too long. But the flavors came through well. I'll fix it again.
