Fried Ice Cream

This recipe is not for the " lets make it now"... type of people. Time is of the essence... the more you freeze and re-freeze the ice cream balls......the better they come out.. (less time to un-freeze - (if that's a real word.....lol)... If you have the day before to prepare... they will surely come out much better... Enjoy!!! PS make sure your oil is really really HOT!!! And use a splatter screen to save your skin...!!!! ~Lisa

Once again the most delicious recipe ever... tweak to your liking... as I add Almond flavoring.. it adds richness and tastes good too

Cheater Pot Pie

I made this with Healthy Choice Condensed Soup 2-cream of chicken cans 1-cream of celery can 1 can water 1lb bag mix veggies (corn, peas, carrot, small string bean pieces.. Cooked it up till hot... Used premade Pillsbury Pie crust to top my individual pie tins.. SEE PIC.. Excellent ..!!! Plus, using the Healthy Choice cans made this healthier than expected. YUMMMMMY!!!

Crab Cakes III

Great crab cakes! A true "non filler" crab cake. Only thing I did different is added crushed red pepper (I like it Hot!) If you've never made these before, I'd advise you to choose this receipe! ENJOY

Chocolate Snaps Sugar Cookie

Just made these cookies again.. I know, I'm a chocoholic....You too?? I sifted the cocoa into the mixture, dry instead of using the extra 3 TBS of butter.. a good thing! Much better cookie than the last too....Abit extra height and more flavor...MAGIC!
