I love to use my pressure cooker to cook ribs and then put them on the grill to apply the barbecue sauce.

Need to make a good pie crust. Made 2 very good Indian dishes and loved them. I will have to make another one that I had recently at a restaurant and see if I can come close.
My cooking tragedies
Pie crust that did not turn out and I broke the dough cutter.

Penne with Ham, Mushrooms and Peas
This was loved by everyone in my house. Made it exactly like recipe says except the grocery was out of cream. I had one cup cream in the frig and I used one cup of Half-N-Half also in frig. Turned out great and my kids are asking when am I going to make it again. Pasta I used was Gluten Free and you could not tell. My husband is GF person. Thanks for sharing this one and we will have again soon!

very good and topped this with shredded cheddar cheese instead. Did not have peas on hand and made this Gluten Free for my family. Used GF pasta and potato starch instead of regular flour. Yummy and everyone loved it!

Asian Glazed Chicken Thighs
I have made allot of Asian dishes and this is my favorite. I did not have Asian chili garlic sauce on hand so I subbed with Fish Sauce, 1/4 teas garlic powder and 1/2 tablespoon of Frank's Hot Sauce. So good and my kids loved it. Also did not have time to bake it so I cooked the chicken in the wok and then added sauce. Let that cooked by boiling hard for about 10 minutes, last 5 minutes I added a fresh head of chopped broccoli and served with white rice. This will be family staple.
