Golden Sweet Cornbread
YES! I've been trying to make good cornbread for months now, with mixed success. This recipe hit a home run. I reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup and the baking soda to 2 tsp. I sprayed a muffin tin with non-stick spray and the batter filled the 12 cups exactly. After 17 minutes the corn muffins were nicely browned on the bottom, with a crisp exterior and a chewy interior. PERFECT. I resisted making other changes to the recipe, but I want to try other sweeteners (like agave or honey) and maybe adding some corn to the batter. But since it turned out so delicious, maybe I should just leave well enough alone! Thank you for this recipe.

Veggie Burgers
I added a few more veggies (to clean out my fridge) and used panko instead of flour to coat, but otherwise followed the recipe. The taste was pretty good - better than I was expecting, actually! I wish the texture had been a little crunchier - my burgers turned out mushy on the inside. Next time I might chop my veggies more coarsely. I used my food processor and I think it shredded everything too fine. I worried my husband wouldn't like them, but he said they were "delicious"! Oh, I did add some salt when I was sauteing the veggies, and I mixed some garlic powder, onion powder and dried parsley in with the panko to coat them. I cooked them on a cast iron frying pan over medium-low heat, and they held together well.

Easy Meatloaf
I guess this was easy, but it was also quite bland. The other reviewers had warned me, and I meant to add in some more spices but forgot. The consistency was good. I left the brown sugar out of the sauce, and it was just sweet enough (ketchup is already pretty sweet). I will probably try to make this again, but I will add in some onion soup mix, dried parsley, and more worcestershire sauce.
