Scottish Shortbread IV

I followed LEVINIDO's tips for the rasberry shortbread cookies & dusted them with powdered sugar at the end. So easy, so good!! I don't usually like shortbread cookies but I was impressed.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

This is very good but not great. The best part about it is that it's quick & easy. I used real whipped cream in place of cool whip (despise the stuff) & added chopped almonds on top of chocolate frosting.

Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce

I really enjoyed this dish. It was simple & tasty. I gave it 4 stars only because my husband thought there was too many "grassy green spices" in it. I will reduce oregano, parsley, etc. by half next time. Very good though!
