Salisbury Steak
Rating this recipe how it is, I give it four stars. With a few modifcations I'm in LOVE. For the gravy, I use the rest of the french onion soup can, a can of cream of mushroom soup, a bit of brown gravy mix to thicken it up, the mustard powder, and worchestershire sauce. Its delish. I also put a bit of minced garlic in the meat mixture, as well as lawry's seasoned salt and garlic powder. I brown the patties first and then cover them in the gravy in a baking pan, and cook for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Pretty amazing.

Fresh Corn and Zucchini Saute
I love this recipe because it's so versatile, I don't think you can make it wrong. Its good as a veggie side dish with a good protein such as chicken or pork chops, but it's even BETTER sauteed with some cumin, chili powder, cayenne, oregano, salt, and pepper with some sliced bell peppers too - and put inside fajitas! I'm not the most skilled cook in the whole world but this is so easy, definitely 5 stars.

Fajita Marinade
This is delicious! It makes the flank steak I used so tender and flavorful after only an hour or two of marinating. I omitted the vinegar, onion powder, and beef bouillon. And all the spices I just eyeballed it - didn't measure. One whole good sized lime provided the perfect amount of juice. Its so good, definitely 5 stars.
