Delicious. I listened to reviews and used 1 can cream of celery and 1 can cream of chicken. I only needed two large chicken breasts. This was plenty! I can't imagine using four, unless you like it very meaty. I didn't have chicken broth so I added 2 cups of water and 2 chicken bouillon cubes. I dumped in a bunch of seasonings: pepper, parsley, paprika, garlic, thyme, etc.; Diced onion and carrots, along with a can of peas when I dropped in the dumplings. I split each biscuit in two and cut them into cubes. I split the recipe into two crock pots to give myself more surface area for the dumplings. The clean up takes a little longer this way!
