Big Soft Ginger Cookies

YUM! You must try this recipe EXACTLY as written. The key is to refrigerate the dough over night. After you made a few, pop it back in the fridge for a few minute when it starts to get too sticky again. Also, like the directions say, make sure you leave them on the cookie sheet for 5 min. after they come out of the oven. Can't really rush these cookies, but they are worth it. Don't change the ingredients and then say they weren't amazing. You don't know what you're missing.
