Twice Baked Potatoes

YUM! Marinated with little less soy sauce and added some black and red pepper. Put all of it in the oven - 350 for an hour. Thickened the sauce with some cornstarch and it was fantastico! I used the country style boneless ribs. OH and FYI Jack Daniels and any other sipping whiskey is bourbon.

Hash Brown Casserole I

I changed a few things about this recipe to make it a full meal. I browned some lean hamburger meat, with a half bag of birdseye pepper stir fry(tri color peppers and onions)followed the rest of the recipe except the topping, I used french fried onions, added the last 10 minutes of cooking! It was terrific and actually made enough for two meals, we ate Friday night, then had the rest for lunch on Saturday!

Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad

OK, I just happened to find some pecan crusted chicken-prebreaded-so I cheated a bit, and I used Kens Steakhouse Red Rassberry Walnut Vinegerette and it was great, better then Fridays

Spicy Italian Pork Cutlets

We actually used pork ribeyes for this recipe, and a little more garlic. It was fantastic! Pair this with Baked Sweet Potatoes on this site and your in for a great fall feast!

Chicken with Chipotle

Oh my goodness this was FANTASTIC 10 stars from my 12 year old, it was a little spicy so my 3 yr old had nuggets instead but everyone else loved this recipe thanks so much we will do this over and over. The only thing I changed was I blended the sauce in my blender and poured it over the chicken, returned it to the oven for 20 minutes until the legs were done.

Chiles Rellenos Pie

This tasted great!~and was a lot easier than making the peppers the regular way! I put the peppers in a paper bag for about 15 minutes after roasting and the skin will wipe right off under cold water!

Chili Dog Casserole II

Everyone loved this, and that rarely happens in my family. I used mozzerella and cheddar cheese and sprinkled it both inside and on top of the "enchiladas"! Will be doing this one again.

Kentucky Hot Brown

Everyone but my picky 3 year old ate this, but I changed it a little, I used more milk, nuked the mushrooms and to cut down on time I used the pre cooked bacon. My hubby loves spicy stuff so I put his on jalepeno bread.

Stovetop Banana Pudding

Okay, I should have known better, but I am 5 months pregnant and a diabetic when I am so I thought I would try this. I added 3/4 cup granulated splenda and an egg yolk but the flour and egg whites made it lumpy:(

Crispy Fish Fillets

This was good!! We followed some of the other reviewers and added bread crumbs to the flakes. We also dusted the filets(talpia)with flour 1st. Will make this again!
