Fried Rice with Cilantro

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2007
GREAT! My husband and I both liked it. I didn't think it was going to taste as good as it does, once I finished making it...but it was delicious!

General Tsao's Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2006
It's hard to find a recipe for General Tsao's, so I was skeptical - but this was very good!! The red peppers I had weren't all that spicy, so I'll need to look for something different, but the recipe itself is a great one. I didn't use a deep fryer, just added oil to a pan, it still turned out right! Thanks - my hubby really enjoyed it!

Mexican Corn Chowder

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2005
This soup was excellent. There are many ways to modify this recipe if you wanted to as well. My husband doesn't like carrots, so I skipped them...I served it with warm tortillas, and added a little shredded cheese on top of each bowl full. I usually have all these ingredients on hand, and it was SO EASY to make. We will definitely have this again...and again. I give this an A+++ !!

Tuna Mushroom Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2005
My husband LOVED this recipe. He also likes mushrooms and tuna a lot, but I think the combination of everything is what made this dish. I used egg noodles instead of bowtie. GREAT.

Asian Tuna Patties

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2005
These have a really great flavor. I enjoyed them, but wouldn't use as much oil for cooking. Everything in them is good for you, so why ruin them from being a healthy meal by frying them with a lot of oil. I sprayed the pan with cooking spray, then added, just a tad of oil. Good, easy, and cheap!

These are ok. I would have liked it better with more ingredients in the filling.

Bread Machine Challah I

Reviewed: May 14, 2005
I am used to REALLY GOOD Challah bread that I used to buy from a local bakery. The bakery closed, so I tried this quick variation. I didn't expect it to be as great, but it was just ehhhhh. Somewhat reminded me of corn bread. However, I'm probably just spoiled with the Challah I used to buy.

This was good soup. I substituted turkey cubes for ham, because my husband and I don't like ham.

Very yummy. I would recommend letting them sit for at least 30 minutes after frosting. They get better for some reason.

Very yummmmy!! My husband couldn't wait to take it out of the breadmaker, because it smelled so good while baking. It tasted equally as good. Thanks!

Turkey Polish Sausage and Peppers

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2005
I wasn't sure this turned out right after I took it out of the oven, but my husband and his friend enjoyed it very much. I didn't use zucchini, because he doesn't like it. I also used Healthy Choice sausage, which makes it a bit healthier! I will make again. Thanks!

I think this looked better than it actually tasted. It seems like too many ingredients for go through when dipping on a plate.

French Quarter Bread Pudding

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2005
I am sitting here...still smelling this bread pudding aroma throughout my house. I just made this, on a whim, because I had so much french bread leftover from Superbowl. It is AWESOME. If you like raisins, use them! I think it would be best to add them, half way through cooking. I don't even usually rate..but this was an exception.

I was expecting something completely different. It was very thick and didn't have very much flavor.
