Cooking set recipes has come late to me, although I do still like to wing it. I've become adept at baking salmon, broiling chicken breasts, and my specialty is cheesecakes. I am the go-to gal for cheesecakes! Cheesecakes. Trying to break out into other desserts, but my cheesecakes are pretty still my favorite. Seafood enchiladas. Anything that makes my husband drool, really. Passed down from my mom: Hot Dog Casserole and Candy Cane Cookies. That is my legacy. Brown Sugar Meatloaf, Perfectly Pumpkin Cheesecake (my own recipe), Moonstruck's Decadent Chocolate Truffle Bars I love to make desserts! I tried to do a roast in a slow cooker, but do to time restraints, I had to alter it a little and it came out tough and unappetizing. Waste of a $12 roast. :(
