Blackberry Cobbler II

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2010
AMAZING! I cooked the berries over the stove in a regular pot, then transfered into a 8x8 dish and topped with the dough, since I don't have a cast iron skillet. The second time I made it I made an extra half of the dough, since I didn't think there was quite enough. Didn't change the recipe at all, it was so tasty! I top with some whipped cream and my husband tops it with vanilla ice cream, and we can't get enough. Thanks for sharing!

I used this frosting on "one bowl chocolate cake" from this site, and I won a 2nd place red ribbon at my county fair! This frosting is AMAZING! My husband LOVED it! Will make again and again! Thanks for sharing Tracy!

The Best Ever Chicken Nuggets

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2010
These were good, but not great. Maybe if I cut the chunks of chicken into bigger pieces, they would have been better. It took us a while to get the cooking time down. 8-9 minutes per batch. The onion rings I made with these were MUCH MUCH MUCH better!

Saucy Apple Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2009
I loved this, however my husband HATED it. I didn't add any additional sugar, since I used homemade applesauce that I canned myself and I think that had plenty of sugar in it. Very delicious, but like I said before, my hubby doesn't like applesauce with his porkchops...I'm sure I'll make this again sometime, but it'll have to be when he's not home...Thanks for a great recipe!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2009
I followed the directions that ANDYTAMI left, since I don't have a bread machine. I preheated my oven to 200 degrees and then TURNED THE OVEN OFF so the dough could rise and that worked great. The only thing I changed was I baked at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. These were TO DIE FOR. Only problem I had was after forming them into the rolls, they didn't rise much the second time around, but they turned out beautifully. WILL BE MAKING AGAIN!

Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2009
This was delicious! FYI 10 large marshmallows equals approx. 130 mini marshmallows. I didn't change the recipe a bit and it was super easy and very tasty! I also lined my 8x8 dish with foil, super easy to clean up!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2009
This was good, however I used just under 4 cups of broth and it was a bit mushy. I used dried bread cubes and cooked it for about 7 hours. Next time I might only use 3 cups of broth. Excellent flavor.
