Bread Pudding II

Perfect recipe that fulfilled my bread and butter pudding craving (a throw back to one of our most popular desserts at my English boarding school ):p I used about 8-9 slices of bread and it wasnt too eggy at all - served with hot custard it was simply heavenly :)

Cream Cheese Pie

This was a great recipe - goes great with your own home made base too. Only tip was to literally pop it in the oven with the sour cream for 5 mins just before serving. If you serve it later the sour cream taste has mellowed and is almost indetectable. Tastes great when its hot out of the oven though !

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

An excellent simple recipe that tasted great! I used brown rice at the bottom of my casserole and added 1/2 cup of chicken stock to the mushroom sauce ( plus added of cornflour to help maintain that thick consistency). I also substituted the topping with cheese biscuits (like Ritz) - and it was a huge hit with my friends !

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

A nice simple recipe that my boyfriend and I had alot of fun baking ! The cookies are not too sweet as is - and my preference was to skip the icing as that would have been overkill in the sweetness dept.

No Bake Lemon Cheesecake

Great recipe , easy and tastes great!! Was a little confused about the whipping of the evaporated milk until thick and stiff peaks form..was at it for 40 mins to no avail!! I decided to plow ahead despite not getting the desired texture but the cake still tasted great in the end ..thank goodness !
