Soft Chocolate Cookies

I mixed some chopped Andes candies in the dough and chilled it as directed. So good!

These are amazing. Of course they don't taste like a 350 calorie brownie, but they DO taste good. I sprinkled them with a tiny bit of andres candies crushed and used 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of sweetened applesauce and no oil. Which makes them only one point on weight watchers. Two if you sprinkle them with chocolate chips or other candy.

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

These aren't as moist as ones I've had in the past, or as spicy, they are more cake like and fluffy, just beautiful. If you like something more cookie like, look elsewhere. These were meant to be like this and I think they are lovely!

I'm tempted to go eat my third one of these. It's sweet and gooey goodness. I was too lazy to cut up an onion and just used some onion powder instead. Give me a break, I'm 37 weeks pregnant.

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

I made this according to the recipe, and it was just fine. Don't make things complicated! And don't expect a gourmet creation, there's four ingredients for goodness sakes! It's just a yummy peanut butter cookie! Don't forget a glass of milk!

Italian Vegetable Soup

This was really good. I didn't have all the ingredients, so I made a few changes. I didn't have celery or the beans or cabbage, but I did add some yellow squash. I think this is a good recipe to change the way you like it. It did turn out less like a soup and more like a stew for me too. But that's the way our family likes it!

Easy Herb Roasted Turkey

So my turkey was dry dry dry, but my sister-in-law used this recipe twice with moist turkey results. So I'm convinced my turkey was just dehyrated before his head got chopped off. It smelled incredible in the oven.

So this was way too salty, but I didn't add the cilantro and it drives me NUTS when people give bad reviews when they make changes to the recipe. So I'm thinking with all the cilantro it would have been perfect. Yummmy

Sugar Cookie Icing

This is so beautiful, I doubled it to use with one batch of cookies, but I didn't have a paint brush and think I wasted quite a bit. It's beautiful even after it dries.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

Ok, here's the deal with this. I just made three batches of this stuff and all three didn't turn out. But, because I see how well this is rated, I'm assuming it was me. Batch one, was actually given to co-workers and it really has a wonderful taste, but it was chewy. And I'm sure it must be that it didn't reach the right temp in the microwave. The other two batches never even set up, and went right into the garbage. I really think it was my microwave, so give it a try, it doesn't cost very much to make, and it makes quite a bit!
