excellent recipe, really easy. too bad my mixer broke towards the middle of beating the eggs, but even using a whisk, they turned out great.

Apricot Oatmeal Bars

this recipe is excellent!! i used smuckers simple 100% apricot preserves and i coarse chopped some dried apricots to add some body to it. i also mixed some sliced almonds into the flour mixture to add a bit of crunch and sprinkled some on the top. wonderful recipe, really.
