This was my first time doing a lemon meringue pie and was really happy except that the meringue did not stick to the lemon filling.
Next time, I will start by doing my meringue first ( took me 10 min and using icing sugar that you add gradually re : Jaimie Oliver) so that I would add it to the lemon filling that is hot.
2 lemons = 1/2 cup of juice .
I let it sit for 1 hour and then refrigerate for more than 3 hours Not covered.
The taste was perfect ! Thank you for this amazing recipe!
