Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup
I printed out this recipe a few years ago and, going through my recipes, I found it again. Wow!! Again, like others, I left out the whole tomatoes, but other than that - followed the recipe. I used medium salsa and medium chili beans. I do like spicy food. Topped with shredded cheddar and tortilla chips. I will be making this soup again very soon.
