Potato Soup III

My husband LOVED this soup. I served it with grilled cheese sandwiches. Even my kids liked it! I did add just a dash of garlic for flavor. It is a very hearty and fullfilling meal!

Alfredo Sauce

This was my first attempt at Alfredo sauce, and it turned out great! My husband loved it. I did add more cream than the recipe called for, because it was too thick without it.
