Pizza Pinwheels

I made these for a picnic and they were a huge hit and gone in a flash. I did stick the rolls in the freezer for a few minutes before inserting the toothpicks (which I soaked in water) and then cutting them into pieces. Will definitely make these again and again. Thanks!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Ok, I made these for Easter and they were insanely good and looked a hot mess. This was my fault though because I went by someone else's review and doubled the icing recipe. BIG MISTAKE! The rolls were swimming and I had to scrap most of the excess icing off. They were still a hit because they are just too darn yummy. I don't have a bread machine so I followed another reviewer's directions on how to make the dough without it and it turned out wonderful. Next time I'll use the amount of icing the recipe calls for. What a great recipe, thanks!!!!

Four Cheese Macaroni

This recipe is great. I made this for Easter and doubled the recipe but forgot to buy sharp cheddar cheese so I just added more mild cheddar cheese. Also, after about 15 minutes of baking the mac n cheese I took it out of the oven and added a crushed Ritz cracker/butter mixture crust and put it back in the oven for the rest of the time (keeping an eye on the crust though so it didn't burn). It was great and everyone raved about it!!!

Hot Breakfast Couscous

I thought that this was a very good recipe however it definitely needed more milk. I started with the recipe measurements as is and then just kept adding milk until it reached the consistency I wanted. Oh and I didn't have raisins or apricots so I used dried organic cranberries instead and they were awesome! Thanks for the recipe.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

What an awesome cake! I followed other reader's advice and let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the pan, 20 minutes out of the pan, put the glaze in the pan and then returned the cake back into the pan for 20 minutes before removing and serving. Everyone raved about this cake!!! I can't tell you just how yummy it is! I will make this again and again. Thank you!

Tandy Cake

This tastes exactly like a kandy cake!!!! i think that someone mentioned that the cake was too spongy but that is the was it's supposed to be. I didn't have a 10x15 pan so i used a 9x13 baking dish so it was less bar like and more cake like but that didn't stop my entire family from devouring it! My mom constantly askes me when I'm going to make this again. Great recipe!!!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

OMG this recipe is AMAZING!!!! My husband went back for thirds and my 11 month old son couldn't eat enough. I did listen to the suggestions and ended up cooking the chicken,carrots, peas, and celery in chicken broth. I think that someone mentioned that they made more of the gravy but I didn't. I will definitely make this again and again!!!!

Honey Baked Chicken II

I've made this recipe twice so far and both times it has come out fantastic. Instead of using a whole chicken I used about 3 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs and baked for about 1 1/4 hours. Yummy! Next time I'll cut the butter by half.

Baklava

This recipe is amazing! I've never made baklava before and when I sent some to work with my husband his friends kept asking if I was Greek. =] I read some of the reviews and I did make the sauce before assembling the rest of the recipe so that when the baklava came out of the oven I could pour the cooled sauce over the hot baklava. I also used 1 1/2 times the amount of sauce in the recipe.

Carrot Cake III

I followed all of the recommendations (with the exception of the nutmeg because I didn't have any) and this cake was amazing! Next time I'll probably cut back on the pecans but other than that, this was the best carrot cake recipe ever! My husband's grandfather said that I should make these cakes and sell them! =]

Eggplant Parmesan II

I made this last night and my husband devoured it!!! It was awesome. I will definitely make this again. The only thing I changed was the oven temp and time. I raised the temp to 450 and cooked the eggplant for 10 minutes on each side.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I've made this three times and it came out perfectly every time with rave reviews from the family. I did bake it with the brown sugar and ketchup on top like other reviewers had suggested and it tasted great. The only other thing that I did differently was reduce the amount of sugar by 1/4 cup. Will definitely make this again and again!

I made this the other night and it was a big hit. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it took way longer to cook because of the potatoes. I think that I cooked the veggies for an extra 20 minutes.
