Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2014
I did use diced tomatoes, because that's what I had on hand, but followed everything else about the recipe. This dish was AWESOME, and I realized I didn't not rate it until I was back today to check the recipe so I can make it again tonight! Thank-you !

Cream Cheese Penguins

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2010
These are great to bring to a party! I put them on a platter covered with coconut . I made them a few years ago, and made the mistake of making them the night ahead ! Dont do that ! I'm sure everyone knows, you'll end up with wrinkly dried up penguins! (wish I did back then!)

This was awesome! Easy to make and tasted great. I did everything as described and even made another recipe on this site for a white balsamic cream sauce to go with raviolis on the side -- will definately make again !

Famous Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 27, 2009
These were excellent. I did take some previous advice and use less butter, Ritz crackers and put them under the broiler for 5 minutes after they were done

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2009
I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked this recipe ! The chops were excellent . I did put them under the broiler for 5 minutes as other suggested and that held the sauce on perfectly . I will definately make these again !

Balsamic Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2007
This was excellent. On the advice of others, I diced up a tomato and threw in some chopped up basil. I love balsamic, so I also splashed some more on the chicken. When the chicken was almost done, I put the mixture on top of the chicken, then put the mozz. on top of that. Definately will make again!

Yummy Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2007
This was excellent. I also made it in the oven . Only problem for me is I would have to buy low-sodium soy sauce due to all the sodium in regular soy.

I use this marinade on everything now! Even egg noodles. I also swapped the amounts of balsamic and soy & it is excellent.

Candied Kielbasa

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2007
I followed some advice and made it in the oven. It was very good and a different way to make kielbasa. Only thing I would change next time is too cut back on the brown sugar - was a little too sweet for me, but my husband didn't want to change a thing !
