Special K Cookies
These are quick and easy to make and the guys in my house told me I needed to make more already (they've only had one a piece). My batch made 2 1/2 dozen.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops
I have made this three times and my husband always asks for seconds. I paired it with roasted zucchini and steamed broccoli. I did end up adding a nothing Tbsp. of butter and added some more brown sugar for more sauce.

Quick Creamy Potato Soup
i went through as added many things others suggested... carrots, ham, garlic powder, lawrys seasoning salt, i also added cubed cheese and shredded cheese...which makes the soup much more intense. i have made it twice, and twice it has been gone in three days.
