About this Cook
I am married and I have two fabulous kids, who ARE the the world's pickiest eaters....
My favorite things to cook
Dinner dinner dinner. I love to make filling yummy dinners but I run out of ideas so often! My family is a big "meat and potato" fan, also pasta's, we have lasagna and sphagetti so often it's crazy!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I don't really have any big traditions that I do with my family, the kitchen is kind of "my thing."
My cooking triumphs
I was really proud of myself when I made a lasagna for my husband that he said was hands down the best he ever tasted. Also I invented a soup with ham, milk, carrots, potatoes, cheeses, and some other secret ingred. It's the best!
My cooking tragedies
I have FAR too many to list....Many times I have thrown the entire concoction away and ordered pizza....sadly I have dominoes on speed dial!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
Wonderful! Took them out after exactly 8 minutes and they stayed soft and chewy for the whole week. I do suggest letting warm cookies sit in fridge for a few minutes after you add the reeces cup, or else the candy will melt.

Tater Tot Hot Dish II
This is an amazing staple recipe!! I did do as one reviewer suggested and used one can cream of mushroom, one can cream of mushroom and chicken and one can cheddar cheesse soup and about 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese also, but this was the best and every member of my family cleaned their plate. Thanks!

Puppy Chow I
A staple in our house. Actually this is the treat my daughter asks for after a good report card. No need to mess with this recipe, just plain perfect
