Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2009
We loved this! I only used 1 tsp. of salt and 1 tsp. of sugar. Tender and delicious grilled chicken.

Pizza Dough III

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2009
I made this twice and both times were disappointments. The dough is way too sticky as written, and it turned out crispy on the edges and way too much like bread in the middle. I spread it out as thin as I could without tearing it but it was still like a pizza bread.

Cheesiest Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2009
Great hearty potato soup. I only pureed half of the potatoes because I prefer it chunky.

Margarita Chicken II

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
I added cilantro and left the cornstarch out of the sauce and instead used it as a marinade for 2 hrs, then grilled the chicken. Then I tried to make the sauce as directed for a topping, but not sure what happened because it seized and was unusable. Probably not the recipe's fault though. I served the grilled chicken with some cumin and cilantro spiced ranch and shredded cheese, placed under the broiler for a few minutes. It was great!

Peppy's Pita Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2007
Great recipe! I did not use my breadmaker, instead I combined the yeast, sugar and water for about 15 minutes, then added them to the flour, salt and oil and put it in the Kitchenaid with the bread hook for about 5-10 minutes and then let it rise for 1.5 hours. I also put the pitas between two layers of damp paper towels to soften and it worked fine.

Pork with Linguine and Blue Cheese Mushroom Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2007
This was pretty good. Although I hate to see people say they added stuff to a recipe on here, I did the same. I added one clove of crushed garlic to the butter before I fried the chops, and added julienned red peppers about 2 minutes before I added the mushrooms. The sauce was perfectly seasoned with just the salt. Note that, if you're like me and have double servings of pasta, you might want to increase the sauce ingredients by 25 - 50%. It was really good though. Will make it again.

Awesome Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2005
This was great! Next time I would either cook longer, precook the broccoli, or both. My broccoli was crunchy. Also, if you love cheese, add more to the casserole itself instead of melting on top.
