Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
This was absolutely delicious! Didn't have fresh ginger so just used dried and it turned out great. Crumbled the cold leftovers and put them in a salad the next day with romaine, fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onion, sesame sticks and a little balsamic vinigrette...it rocked!
