Classic Tiramisu

Family loved this dish even the ones who were not big tiramisu fans. I put piroettes around the edge of a spring-form pan, then did layers. End result was beautiful.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Took this to a friend's house and the guests tore it up! I didn't have any nuts, so instead added coconut and it was a hit. I will make again.

Wonton Wrappers

I have mixed feelings on these - I was really impressed with the few number of ingredients, and easy it was to make the dough. But I don't have a pasta maker, and had to roll these out by hand. The taste was good, but not worth the effort in the future.

Golden Rum Cake

I really enjoyed this cake, but only one guest said it was a little too strong - I did not think it was strong, I could barely taste the rum. I followed other users reviews and put half of the walnuts in the cake mix, the other half on top. I was also worried about the strong taste, so I used 1/2 dark rum 1/2 coconut rum in both the cake mix and on top. I think next time I'll use all dark in the cake (since it cooks out) and all lighter rum on top. I would make this again.

Turkey Cheeseburger Meatloaf

This was a great recipe - I followed exactly, but added extra onion. I was surprise how simple this recipe was, but how great it tasted. I think next time I may add a medium white cheese and jalapenos to spice it up. The sauce was really good also. My husband, who is not a meatloaf lover said it was okay, which is an improvement from other recipes since he doesn't typically enjoy this type of food.

Sweet Potato and Coconut Bread

This is a great recipe! I didn't have any walnuts, or any other nut for that matter, but it still was good. This is so moist! I made a few smaller sized loaves, and they were done in about 50 minutes, so make sure you adjust the time if you decrease the size. I also added a handful of chocolate chips in one of the loaves - mmmmm, that was also really good if you like chocolate.

This recipe is easy and delicious! They are a huge hit every time I make them. I eat the leftover filling on crackers and that is good too!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is always a hit for parties. Serve with chicken and biscuit crackers and celery. The only difference for me is I use hot buffalo wing sauce instead of just hot sauce. Great both ways though.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Amazing! This was a perfect mixture, and even my husband who isn't a big tomato eater enjoyed it. I put the leftover mix on chicken for dinner and it was good. Next time I will need to make more!
