Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2011
Good recipe! I took my flour tortillas and cut them to fit square baking dish, halved recipe to serve 8. Followed advice of another reviewer and made sure to put three tortillas in each layer. Was out of rotel (gasp!) so used whole jar of taco bell taco sauce and some fire sauce packets kept in fridge. Thanks for sharing!!

Pizza Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2011
OK - here's what I did - I used a box of wheat rotini pasta, 2 jars of pizza sauce, 1 lb hamburger meat browned with one chopped onion and garlic, 1 pack of turkey pepperoni (i took it out of the pack and quartered the whole pack). pizza blend cheese and mozzarella cheese on top. Used my big baking dish and threw it in the oven covered until it was bubbly- about 25 minutes- then uncovered and baked for about 5 more minutes. YUMMO!!!!! hubby and kiddos loved it!! served with french garlic bread. Thanks for sharing this recipe!!!

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2011
Fantastic! No veg oil needed. Cooked on low for 10 hrs while at work, no thyme (personal taste), shredded and returned to crock pot and doused with spicy bbq sauce (Stubb's) - hubby and kids loved it!! Took leftovers to work and had to print out recipe!! I think the combo of vinegar, worcestershire, chili powder, mustard, brown sugar, and bbq sauce gave it that sweet/spicy/tangy kick that makes for a great meal!! Thanks for Sharing!!

Pork Chops in Beer

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2006
I tried this last night - husband and PICKY 4 yr old son loved it! I did change it a bit after reading the reviews. I only used about a cup of ketchup. I added some worcestershire sauce, chopped onion, mustard (to cut the sweet), and used about 3/4 of a beer. I seared the chops first and gave them some flavor with garlic salt and pepper. Served with Au Gratin potatoes - easy and great! Thanks for the recipe!
