Million Dollar Fudge

This recipe was easy and delicious! The trick is to be patient when bringing the syrup mixture to a boil. cook over slow heat, stirring constantly. It takes a while...but is worth the time spent. The fudge comes out smooth and delicious. Also, I refrigerated it immediately. I waited until the next day to cut into pieces. This ensures that you get smooth cuts of the fudge. Thanks for sharing this easy and delicious recipe!!

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These cookies are delicious! The trick to get them to flatten is to make sure you let them cool on the cookie sheet. They are yummy alone, or put a small scoop of ice cream between two cookies to make an ice cream sandwich! Yum!

Artichoke Chicken

I love artichokes but I didn't care for this recipe at all! It was way too rich for my stomach. The chicken meat was bland unless you had a bite of the overly-rich artichoke mixture on top of it!

Pan-Fried Asparagus

This recipe is a great way to make veggies taste good! I have made it twice. The first time I used large asparagus and had to cook it much longer. The second time I used thinner asparagus and zucchini spears. Turned out great. Will make this recipe again. Thanks for sharing!

Strawberry Whip

This was very tasty. I made this for a family gathering and every last bit was eaten. I used fresh strawberries and added whipped cream and slices of strawberries to the top for decoration. It looked pretty and tasted fantastic!

Baked Basil Fries

These were great!! My children loved them! I substituted olive oil. I used 2 med sized russet potatoes and had to triple the coating mixture. I coated the potatoes pretty well and baked them a bit longer so they'd be crispy. Very tasty and easy.

Anniversary Chicken I

This was yummy. The chicken did turn out a bit on the chewy side. I marinated the chicken in the teriyaki sauce overnight. I think next time I will not marinate overnight and I will brown the chicken for less time. Overall, very tasty!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

These cookies were fantastic. My husband who hates oatmeal cookies loves these! There is no need to refrigerate the dough prior to baking. They flatten out on their own with room temperature dough. I also added raisins. Delicious!!

Savory Spinach Casserole

This is a yummy side dish! It is so easy to make. I mixed the milk, cream cheese, and parmesean together and added the spinach to the mixture last. It turned out great. Yummy! Thanks for the recipe!
