Double Fudge Kahlua Brownies

Reviewed: May 14, 2010
Yumm-o! These were a hit! However, in my usual fashion I did not have nearly enough Kahlua on hand:) Will definatly stock up for the next batch! I prepared the recipe as posted, pepper and all, and the only thing I would change next time is adding the whole cup of nuts to the batter, and purchase more for the topping.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2009
Very good! I followed another review and added sauce to the top, otherwise followed the recipe. As others said, it was a bit salty, but suited our taste. Everyone had two servings. I will definately make again, this is a great variation to traditional meat loaf.

Easy Chicken and Noodles

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
This was a tasty, fast dish. I did follow other's advise, and added vegetables. I chose to add 1 cup of cooked, frozen mixed vegetables. I also chose to add onions and garlic to the chicken while cooking. I am sure I will prepare this dish again.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2008
I have been making this dip for years, and everyone loves it! I almost always get requests for the recipe. When my crockpot is not availible, I have baked in a 9 x 13 just until bubbly, and it works fine.

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2008
I gave this 3 stars becasue the recipe was very easy. However, I did not care for the onion soup flavor on turkey. I like this much better on beef. It was not bad, but I don't think I would try again on turkey.

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2008
Yummy!!! I was feeling unusually nice this morning, so I got up early and made this bread to share with my co-workers. The only changes I made, were instead of 3 cans of 10 oz. buscuits, I used 4 cans of 7 oz. buscuits, and I baked in a bunt pan. This was really easy, especially first thing in the morning. The "office vultures" gobbled this up quickly. I will make again for sure!

No Bake Cookies III

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2008
I have always had problems w/ no bake cookies. I bake alot, and you would think something this easy would be hard to mess up! I read a lot of the user reviews, and realized my boiling time was my problem. I thought I would give it another try, since these are one of my favorite cookies. I told my husband not to get excited, because they never turn out, but we were both excited with the results. I liked a jelly roll pan with plastic wrap and poured the cookies in the pan to cool. Then cut like bars. These turned out perfect! I am happy I have finally got the hang of making these. I will definatly make again and again!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2005
We really enjoyed this recipe. It was VERY easy! I would break up the chicken before adding the dumplings, the chicken is very tender. I also used the chicken broth instead of water. I used butter flavored busicuts, delicious if you like a buttery taste. I added dumplings around 2 hrs before, to make sure they were completely done. I will try this again, next time I may try to add frozen vegetagles.
