Rhubarb Raspberry Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2006
Thank you for posting this delicious recipe. I made the pie for my father's birthday and he loved it. I did brush the top of the lattice with an egg wash (1 beaten egg with a little water or milk) and covered the edges of the crust with foil for the first half of baking.

Savory Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2006
I thought these rolls were easy for cinnamon rolls-I couldn't believe you didn't have to knead the dough. I substituted the white sugar for brown in the filling and almost doubled the sugar and cinnamon-the rolls were delicious. I also didn't read the recipe right and added the whole box of cake mix. The dough was sticky so I added more flour. I will definitely make these again.

Bourbon Whiskey BBQ Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2005
I have never made homemade BBQ sauce before and it was wonderful. It was good the day of, but much better the next day. I let it cook too long and it reduced a little too much, but I just added water to thin it to a proper consistancy.

Buffalo Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: May 27, 2005
I gave this recipe five stars, but only because I followed the advice of some of the other reviews. I used crushed saltines instead of bread crumbs and I tossed the nuggets in a mixture of Frank's Hot Sauce and melted butter with a minute or so left to bake. They were spicy and delicious and way healthier than fried buffalo chicken.

Real Italian Calzones

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2005
I add chopped onion and green pepper to the filling of this wonderful calzone. My husband wouldn't mind if I made this once a week-it deserves the 5 star rating that it has!

Drip Beef Sandwiches

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2005
I have made this recipe several times and every time it turns out great. I sear the roast in a skillet with cooking oil and then cook it in the crock pot for 4 hours on high and 4 hours on low. The meat falls apart and has a wonderful flavor. Highly recommend.
