Moo Goo Gai Pan

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2009
Delicious, easy, healthy, one-pan weeknight meal. Serve with your favorite rice and you're got a great dinner. I doubled the sauce which just made enough, and had no rice wine but still tasted fine. I may triple sauce next time. Thanks for sharing!

Sunday Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2009
Very tasty and moist. I left out bacon to reduce the fat and it was still very good. We ate seconds. I reduced recipe for 1 1/3 lbs meat and cooked for 45 minutes, could maybe cook a bit longer next time. I will make this again!

Very tasty and everyone ate seconds. As others suggested, I halved the cheese & used reduced fat soups. Next time I will just use 1/2 onion. I agree, would be a great potluck dish. Will make again, thanks for sharing.

Delicious. Try not to overbake- I cooked mine a tad under 30 mins and I would take it out a few minutes earlier next time. Try it with the Boilermaker Chili from this site- really good combination.

Batman's Best Caesar Dressing

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2008
Very, very good! I used half of the anchovy paste and half of the garlic, & it was plenty. You only need a little bit of this dressing to dress an entire bowl of greens, and it is very tasty.

Superb! However I make a 6" cheesecake and calculate the recipe to proportions for 6 people. I baked about 35-40 mins, (used 2 eggs). Came out perfect. Yummy and creamy, a keeper. Thanks for sharing.

Kathy's Roast and Vegetables

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2008
Very tasty and easy. I put big chunks of carrot into the crockpot and they cook just fine. Used the lo-fat cream of mushroom and still good. Also added some quartered onion, and I deglazed the browning pan with 1/2 cup of leftover coffee and added that too. Makes lots of yummy gravy.

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2008
Absolutely yummy and decadent. I increased the sauce by a 1/3 because I like there to be lots of sauce on the pasta. Can easily double or triple to feed a crowd. Can mix cream and milk with good results.

Absolutely awesome for ease and taste. I followed the recipe but instead of grilling, I finished ribs in the oven at 325 with my favorite bottled BBQ sauce, Sweet Baby Rays for about 30-40 mins. Fantastic way to cook ribs and I will make these again. Thanks for sharing!
