Easy Marinated Pork Tenderloin

I left out the salt and used plain mustard with some honey. My husband absolutely loved this. The favors were a bit overpowering for me in relation to the pork, but it seems men love this stuff. Needless to say, I'll be making it again...

Original Nestle® Toll House® Chocolate Chip Cookies

Toll House - the best! To keep your cookies from running flat, always cool your dough for a good hour before baking and keep the dough in the fridge between batches. The colder the cookie dough, the higher the cookies bake up.

Classic Spanish Sangria

I only use a 1/2 cup rum to a liter of wine - this stuff is strong, but delicious. Already bought a case of wine just for sangria. These are just so good!!

Spiced Yogurt Pound Cake

This cake came out fantastic and moist! I beat the sugar and butter for quite some time and then added each egg, beating well, then vanilla and the yogurt. I beat this mixture for a couple minutes then added the dry ingredients and mixed just enough to incorporate. I added a 1/2 teaspoon baking powder as others suggested. Baked in a Bundt pan, took almost an hour. Perfect! This cake was so moist, I may try it without the spices or just as a cinnamon cake. Excellent!

Best Lemonade Ever

This is easy and delicious. I cut the sugar to 1 cup because my lemons from the yard are sweeter than the store. This is always in my fridge during lemon season! Yummm!

Mocha Bundt Cake

We enjoyed this cake, rich and delicious. I used Bailey's Irish Cream because Kaluha wasn't available. I also served it with some whipped cream that had a dash of Baileys in it. I like to soak the cake with the syrup - easy way to do this is put the cake back in the bundt pan when cool and poke with a knife while you pour the topping directly into the cake. I make as many holes as possible till the syrup is all gone and absorbed, then put the cake (with pan) in a plastic bag and tie shut for the night. Flip the cake onto a serving dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. It will be moist and have a wonderful liquor flavor. I'll be making this again at my next party.

Hot German Potato Salad III

We really liked this recipe! I used 1/2 the sugar and no celery seed and it was wonderful! I usually only make true german potato salad, but this was a very refreshing change and an excellent cold weather dish. Thanks so much for sharing!

NY Style Rye Crackers

Loved these! I tried to roll the dough through my pasta machine, but the dough was just too dry and I couldn't get it to work. I rolled by hand as thin as I could. These were very good - thanks!

Spicy Bean Salsa

I didn't think you could get this out of a bunch of cans! I used fresh minced garlic and a can of petite diced tomatos with jalapeno. I can't wait to try this with fresh tomatos from the garden. I'll be making this often.

Hazelnut Crumb Coffee Cake

This was a very good coffee cake that we really liked, but I didn't care for the topping at all. Perhaps it was my hazelnuts, but I found it took on a slight bitter taste from browning in the oven. I will definetly make the cake part again but use a standard crumb topping instead. I also find the size of this cake to be perfect for the two of us! Thanks for sharing this one!

Mall Pretzels

These came out tasting very good and weren't hard to make. We enjoyed them while they were warm but they started getting chewy as they cooled. I also made them into pretzels sticks and nuggets to save time. I'll have to try them with whole wheat flour too. Great snack, thanks.

Unbelievable Chicken

I thought this was good but I couldn't get my husband to eat it. The combination of flavors was completely different than anything he's used to. I found it to have a carribean flavor to it and served over rice. Thanks.

Easy Pizza Sauce III

We loved this sauce. So much better than a jar of spaghetti sauce that I usually use. It tastes more like a real pizza. I use 1/2 this recipe per pie and the other half goes in a mason jar and lasts a couple of weeks in the frige. Excellent!
