Banana Crumb Muffins

So instead of eggs I used applesauce. When making the muffin batter I used whole wheat flour instead of all purpose. Finally I used smart balance instead of butter. These turned out AMAZINGLY well. My four year old told me they were,"delicious". Will definitely be making these again!!!

Pub-Style Vegetarian Chili

Amazing! I made a version with zucchini instead of mushrooms (for friends who don't like mushrooms) and a version that followed the recipe exactly. Both were delicious, but the mushroom version was heartier and more chili like. Easy and will definitely make again!

Baked Ziti I

Unbelievable! My fiance does not like sour cream but he did not mind it at all in this recipe! Get ready for rich cheesy goodness!
