Baked Ziti I
I have to rate this recipe 5 stars even though I didn't have provolone to add and I added mushrooms to mix. This was a huge hit with my family and pretty easy to make. I used a jar of classico's traditional sweet basil spaghetti sauce. It was excellent.

My Big Fat Greek Omelet
Really good recipe. I make this quite a bit. I actually like fresh chopped spinach in it better as well as chopped tomato. I might try the carmelized onions as well next time cause it sounds good.
