This soup was terrific (gotta like garlic a lot). I didn't have any wine and still it was delicious! I found it just a bit too creamy for my taste so I added a bit more milk.....about 3/4cup. As for the smell in the house, well, that was a bit hard to take and about six hours later I could still smell it on my jacket that was hanging in the kitchen. Anyway, I truly enjoyed this soup and will definately make it again.

Pork Pie

This recipe was alright but nothing to rave about. Three lbs of meat was enough for two pies. I think the pie would be better with some spices and perhaps onion. I'll probably make it again but I know I'll definately add spice and cut the recipe in half.

American Chop Suey II

I have made a recipe like this for many years. The only differance is that I use either ketchup or chili sauce in mine...gives it more flavour. a little garlic in the hamburger also helps.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Easy Bake Fish

This is REALLY good. I had a little trouble with the cooking time and temperature though. 20 mins at 320degs and the fish was still raw. I upped the temp. to 350 and cooked it for another 20 mins or so and it turned out great. I've made it twice now and the second time I wrapped it in foil and cooked it at 350 and in 25 mins it was done. I also make extra sauce to put on poatoes or rice because it is sooooo good. I didn't use salmon I got a really good deal on basa (a white fish) and it was perfect.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Oh my goodness this is good!!!!! I made the recipe just as written until I got to the top and then added some more cheddar for a nice cheesy crust then I added the bread crumbs. YUM, YUM!!!!! Chuck you know what's good! Thanks for the recipe.

Poppy Seed and Banana Muffins

This recipe is good but I'm afraid it needs a bit of tweeking. Next time I will add more lemon at least double the amount called for as I couldn't taste the lemon at all. I may put in some lemon zest too. I found them a bit dry so I'll probably add more milk and lastly I would add either quite a bit more honey or some sugar as they are not sweet at all. I really liked the texture and it was nice to have a healthy muffin for a change.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Wow!!!! Is this good and so easy to make. I used a chocolate pie crust and drizzled chocolate sauce on top, a little topping and enjoyed every mouthful of it. I might just put in a little more peanut butter next time.
