Banana Banana Bread

Yummmmm! I just made it and it turned out delish, I don't have a 9x5 pan so I used an 11x7 pan. I use my big oven as pan storage and it being 9 at night, I'm a little too lazy to remove it, I just popped the pan in my toaster oven (perfect fit) and it reduces the baking time by 20 minutes. Super moist! I couldn't wait to try it so I sliced into it even as it is cooling (currently still!). Only thing I would change is that I would personally add a little more vanilla to give it more of a kicking aroma, but overall... Delicious recipe and it's my first time baking banana bread from scratch too! Perfect!
