Used this to make a coral reef cake. The icing is delicious, takes food coloring well, and holds up to having lots of "things" stuck to it. If you need it less stiff, simply adding the milk works very well. Our daughter is gluten free so this works well for us. Definitely a keeper for us.

This is so easy and tastes so good. I use it for AWANA nights when there isn't alot of time to cook or eat. I make it ahead and because it's caserole-ish it keeps its heat well. Tastes even better on day 2.

This was my first try at fondue since I got a fondue set for Christmas. I took it to our family's New Year's party and it was gone before anything else. I used American cheese singles since that's what I had on hand. I also left out the chili powder and pepper sauce since I have young ones and it still was awesome. Thanks for sharing this one Jeff. Will definitely make again and next time I'll make 2 batches.

My family loves this! Super easy! Our 5 year old daughter calls it "Potato Cake". I add 1 cup frozen peas and use rotelle noodles (that's what I happened to have on hand the first time I made this). Always comes out good. Thanks for sharing this one. Very easy to tweak for a gluten free meal too.

These were great! I've made them twice and took them to two different church functions and I've been asked for the recipe quite a bit. I did make a change or two. I only had 10 eggs so I added 1/3 cup of milk. I used 1 lb turkey sausage to reduce the fat some. I have a stoneware muffin pan which cooks this wonderfully but you have to preheat the pan to keep the cook time at 20 minutes. If you don't preheat the pan, figure on doubling the cook time. I also topped them with cheese after they were out of the oven. My daughter is gluten free and these make a yummy breakfast treat for her. Thank you for sharing the recipe!

Super easy! Also, with gluten free soy sauce it was very easy to make this celiac friendly. I did increase the soy sauce to 5 tbsp. as some suggested. I did not cook the eggs in oil and I did not add the sugar. I also added about 1 1/2cup frozen peas during the last 5 minutes. A very simple, inexpensive dish to make when you are crunched for time.

This was very good, pleased everyone from 7-40+. We made 3, with a few variations to each one. We have a Celiac in the house and it was very very easy to modify for her diet. We also have one on Weight Watchers and it was very easy to modify for a lo cal/lo fat diet. I'm making it again today because it was requested by my daughter for her birthday dinner.

Made this tonight to go with our chili. I added about 1/3 cup of honey to the sugar/butter mix. We like our cornbread sweet. Everything else I did the same and it came out great. Will make again.

Wonderful comfort food and very easy to adapt for my gluten free daughter. Kids gave it 2 thumbs up. I had no idea what savory was so I did as someone else suggested and used poultry seasoning. I also only had 3/4 cup of cheese on hand and the sauce still tasted wonderfully. I used brown rice spiral pasta and I used a rice/tapioca/potato starch flour blend for the sauce. I also sprinkled gluten free bread crumbs over the top before baking which gave it a nice, crunchy topping. This one is definitely a keeper.

We love popovers and this recipe fits the bill. Made with simple ingredients we always have on hand. And, it was simple to tweak it to satisfy my gluten-free little one. Just used her flour mixture in place of the regular flour and added 1 tsp of xanthan gum. Mmmm. We also tried the cinnamon flavored ones and found they didn't rise as high. But, still yummy :)

I took this to a women's meeting at church and it completely disappeared. I did as others suggested and cooked the tots for a few minutes before I put them over the egg mixture which was no big deal. I just let them brown in the oven while I was making all the other ingredients. Kids can't wait till Christmas morning as they have reqeusted this one for then.

Super easy. I always have these ingredients in the kitchen. My gluten free daughter loved them and both my kids enjoyed making them. Thank you for this easy recipe that is good for a gluten free kiddo!

Followed recipe exactly, including draining yams. Pan was too full of liquid though, not sure how to solve that problem.

I wish the creator of this recipe had said whether you were to drain the various cans of ingredients you were to use. It makes a big difference obviously if you pour a whole can of corn in with the water or leave the water out. I feel this is a good base recipe, but we made a lot of changes to it. We cooked the chicken in taco seasoning for the spice because I did not use the peppers (our kids won't eat them). I did not use butter to saute, I used 1 tbsp of olive oil and it worked perfectly. I did not use cream corn because I could not find one that is gluten free. Instead I added a can of black beans and olives as other reviewer's suggested. When I make this next time I will use 1/2 the cheese suggested and I will not add it until the last 10-15 mins. of cooking as it got a little too done for our liking. With the modifications made it was a very tasty dish, tasted even better on day 2, satisfied our low fat/lo cal dietary needs and our need for a gluten free dish. We will definitely make this one again.

A good recipe but I have others I like better. This one got a little "leathery" on top. I don't think it got overcooked, it just got tough. Tasted good, but a little unappealing.

I made two different batches. Frist one I followed to the letter, minus raisins, but had a hard time getting the chocolate to stick to the cookies and pretzels. I did as others suggested and covered with wax paper. This helped but I still had several spots around the edge that didn't get covered. My 2nd batch I just put everything in one big bowl to mix it. The centers of the oreos melted into the chocolate and turned it orange. I may play with this one some more. It has potential.

Followed directions to the letter, but potatoes did not cook all the way. It came out way to "watery" which made the cheese come out a little unappetizing looking. The pork was too dry for my liking. Sorry, but I can't say that I'll be trying this one again.

I followed the recipe exactly as written. The egg/sugar mixture never really stiffened. At the suggestion of a friend I added more cream of tartar and it seemed to help some. In the morning we woke up to 1/4" thick little blobs of goo that would not come off the greased pan without turning into a gooey mess. I probably won't try this one again which is unfortunate because it seemed so simple and my gluten free daughter would have loved these.
